Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
24 Hours or More Notice
You may reschedule your appointment or request a full refund. Please note that a 3% processing fee (charged by our payment gateway, Razorpay) is non-refundable.
Less than 24 Hours Notice
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are eligible for a 50% refund or a one-time free rescheduling.
No-Shows
If you do not join the virtual consultation within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be marked as a "No-Show" and no refund will be issued.
2. Technical Failures
In the event of a technical disruption on our end (connectivity or platform issues), we will offer you a priority reschedule or a 100% refund. We are not responsible for internet issues on the client's end.
3. Refund Method & Timeline
As per RBI guidelines, all refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking). Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.
